I find this really strange: my husband's EAD was approved on April 28. On July 11 his case was touched. I wondered if it had something to do with the AOS paperwork, and on July 17 we received an RFE (they want more proof on our finances). Even though we still haven't sent the RFE paperwork back out yet (hoping for tomorrow), I just looked at our case status and USCIS touched his EAD file AGAIN on July 25. Since he has already been approved and has been working for awhile now, I find it weird- and wonder what they're up to!
