Hey!

I was trying to find a Step by Step guide or a Flow Chart for the process after your NOA2, I know that I saw one on here some months back but I cant seem to find it now. If anyone could include a link for me, or tell me how to look it up... I tried searching it already. I think it was a process that claimed if you followed it you could get through the process in 1 month... or something like that..

03/25/2010: Called NVC .. INTERVIEW May 27 @ 7:45!! Woot Woot

05/27/2010: Approved at the interview, but put on AP afterwards :(

06/27/2010: Really missing my Hubby :*(

07/29/2010: Visa Issued!! AP is OVER!!

07/31/2010: Visa in hand!!! Thank you GOD!

If it's a guide on how to "fly through" NVC this might be the one you are thinking of. I'm not sure if it only applies for IR-1/CR-1 visas though,I'm not familiar with the K-3 processing.

05/24/12 : ROC Biometrics
12/19/12 : ROC Approval
12/24/12 : New GC recieved

3/18/16 : N-400 Application sent
3/25/16 : Text/Email confirmation NOA
4/22/16 : Biometrics Appt

6/24/16 : NOA date for Interview

I don't know about K3 but I see you're married. So the for the IR and CR visa this is the right guide http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/...he_NVC_ShortCut

Let me give you some advice. have every single document needed for the NVC ready NOW! NVC is fast and if you don't have everything ready you will slow yourself down.

Very very important. check for your case # everyday. Put the NVC on speed dial. Once you have your case #, speak with and operator and give them your e-mail address.

NVC can turn complicated so if you need help, ask.

USCIS Journey

I-130 Filed: 04-01-2009

NOA1: 04-09-2009

I-130 Approved on Nov 19, 2009

NVC Journey Dec. 2009

Dec 4: wife's case was entered at NVC

Jan 08: Sing in failed......wow thanks GOD. Jan 11: CASE COMPLETE TOTAL TIME 24 BUSINESS DAYS OR 38 CALENDAR DAYS FOR CASE COMPLETE.

Feb 5: Interview date scheduled. Interview on March 23, 2010

Embassy Journey 1.0

March 23, 2010: Interview date. Wife placed on AP, Baby required new birth cert.

April 21, 2010: Wife out of AP she needs to get an approved I-212 from USCIS, Baby birth cert. issue resolved.

I-212 Waiver @ USCIS Journey

May 10, 2010: Filed form I-212

Sept. 9, 2010: I-212 Approved

Embassy Journey 2.0

Sept. 22, 2010 New Interview date.

Sept 22, 2010 VISA APPROVED.

Waiting for visa to arrive at Cali-Colombia.
