DS-156 SHOULD BE FILL-UP ONLINE AND HAVE IT PRINT,

WHILE DS-156K AND DS-157 PRINT IT AND FILL-UP HANDWRITTEN..

THAT'S WHAT SOME ARE DOING AND THEY GOT APPROVED.....

Best to do the DS 156 online and print 2 copies.

You just about have to do the DS 157 by hand or type it as BDO givess you a stamped blank copy. 2 Copies. Yes there are still typewriters in the Philippines.

DS 156K can be done either way. 1 copy

MAIN thing is to be neat if done by hand.

i just filled them out online and printed the final filled in versions. aside from the 156 most of them are opened in adobe as a pdf that you can just fill in. Anything that does not fit in you can add on a sheet of paper by hand, or use a notepad/word program to type / print.

*edit: if you do it online make sure to use internet explorer, the forms do not display / print properly in firefox or google.

It's good to type your entries in the form. If you'd just keep them handwritten, remember to use all caps and no lower case and be sure that everything is written legibly.

All the best for the rest of the process.

God bless us constantly.
