Interview was Monday morning in Dublin i went with hubby to the interview ( his net was down so i had to wait until I got home to post).... They called us about 5 mins after being there and sum lady i could hardly understand was going over our documents.... i have been divorced twice and apparently one set of divorce papers wasn't stamped certified with the seal....grrr guess thats my fault for not checking it after getting them... Then she said i didnt make enough money to support my husband last yr. Last yr 2008 i was short by about$2500 on my taxes but i had sent in all my paystubs and a letter from my employer showing i make more then enough for 2009... we never got a RFE after sending all the money stuff in so i guessed it was ok. So the lady told me i needed to get a co-sponser r file my 2009 taxes and send them in along with my stamped divorce papers. she told us to go have a seat and that our interview would be shortly....We waited another 2 hrs b4 we were called up again by a very nice guy .... He asked us how we were doing and asked where we meet, when did me get married, also pulled out a pic of us that i had sent in smashing cake into my husbands face and asked him if i was already being mean to him lol...... as he opened the folder we noticed the huge red APPROVED stamp on the front of the paperwork. he took my husbands passport and then the wicked woman that had interviewed us early came by and said o they need her 2009 taxes etc.... the guy said o sorry i missed that ( damn i was hping we were sliding outta there w a GC) so he guy asked me to send those documents in asap and that Allan would recieve his GC about a week later... So thats it we left happy but upset just another hurdle and about 3 more weeks... I cant get my taxes done till the end of the month and then it takes a week r so after that. o wel but we saw the approved stamp and hopefully we will be together b4 r 1 yr on 2-18...... So that was it all that documents and pics and chat , phone bills nothing was even looked at grrrr spent weeks preparing for this and he looked at the pics i sent in w the i-130 lol.

Get a GC? Don't think so! More like a visa.

Sounds like if you file your 2009 taxes you guys will be flying.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship
