I had a really great experience with Balcos Insurance. When I was shopping for washington auto insurance I was referred to them. Maybe give them a try?

Regence BlueShield has inexpensive plans with basic coverage. We have the NOWSelect plan.

Maybe try "Group Health."

I would say Group Health, too, but I know a lot of people that had bad experiences with it (I never did, always had good ones).
