Form I 485

I will be entering on a K3/4 visa.

When I fill out this form what do I put in Part 2 doesn't mention anything about the K3/4 visa only the k1/2 visa.

Also On the I-130 form it says I can file that concruently with the I 485 for my child to my local office. Is this correct ?

The correct category is (a) approved immigrant petition, according to the legal community. But there's some anecdotal evidence that (h) other: K3 has worked for some folks.

so for my daughter i send the i-130 and the i-1485 to chicago?

does she need the ead too in order to get a ssn ?

Yes and yes, so consider if she needs a SSN prior to adjusting.

I thought I had to apply for ssn and adjust at the same time, can she get the ssn first ? May need it for school purposes and health ins.
