Visa Tracking # (Philippines)

The Embassy sent me an email today saying my fiancee's visa has been issued and that it could be tracked at http://www.air21.com.ph/ using her case # as the tracking # but when I enter her case # it says it invalid. It is asking for a 12 digit tracking # and her case # is 3 letters and 10 digits. Does anyone know where I can get this or what I should be using as a tracking number? Thanks!

In the Philippines the Manila Embassy uses their own private service. The package has a tracking # just like FedEx or UPS. They do not use the the case# as the shipping tracking number. Check again. BTW- Manila usually delivers the package in a plastice bag, Inside will be her passport and a sealed enevelope. DO NOT open the sealed envelope.

the tracking number can be found in air21 receipt..wait for 24 hours before you can track it online coz i think they will activate it first in their system...not really sure..but i waited 24 hours before i can track it...

K1 Timeline

01/16/09- Michael joined Internationalcupid. sent me a message..

01/16/09- started communicating through email only.

01/21/09- (my b-day) started using instant messenger

02/17/09- decided to come in PI to meet me.

02/19/09- booked a flight and hotel

03/02/09- arrived in PI (his b-day)

03/06/09- Goodbye my love, flew back to Texas

03/18/09- hired a lawyer for K1 Visa

03/25/09- sent G325A and other documents to love

03/30/09- love received the forms.

04/07/09- sent the forms G325A, I129F and other documents in checklist to our lawyer

04/09/09- lawyer received the forms and docs.

04/17/09- lawyer sent it

04/29/09- NOA1...case number received.

08/06/09- Love's 2nd trip....SOOO HAPPY..

08/14/09- Went back to US

08/26/09- NOA2 email

08/29/09- NOA2 hard copy

09/02/09- NVC letter received

09/22-23/09- Medical

09/29/09- Interview passed.........

10/14/09- Arrive in Texas

11/25/09- wedding day..

11/26-29/09- Honeymoon in Vegas..

12/02/09- applied for ssn..

12/08/09- received a letter from SS.. card will arrive in 2 weeks..

12/16/09- SSN received..

01/06/10- AOS application submitted..

01/15/10-3 Receipts received..

02/02/10- Biometrics at Lubbock

4/26/10- Received my gc

another option, if you don't have the air21 receipt (for cases like COD), you may call the 'Air21 for USEM customer assistance' number is (02) 8794747, ask for you visa status and if you don't have a tracking no., they will ask for your MNL case number and they'll track it for you, they'll also give your tracking number so you may check on either website or sms. :) that's what I did.
