Hello all,

I filed N-400 on Dec 09 and received NOA on Dec 16.

My questions are following;

1. Does NOA state about biometric notice?

2. How long should I expect about biometric?

3. What should I do if i dont receive biometric schedule?

I am still waiting for biometric appointment noitice. In NOA states that my case is processing and I will receive the appointment schedule.. IS this the same to everyone.

Thanks you all in advance for the answers..

Surprising how dealing with the USCIS for long periods of time, like close to five years can affect your brain. Still walk out to the mailbox wondering if anything came in from them today. I can keep my wife now, she is USCIS history, daughter is in the twilight zone for now until we can apply for her citizenship this spring. We did petition for my wife's unmarried over 21 son, so kind of expecting to hear something about that. Get on that case status site, not every five minutes, but maybe once a month. National goal is 5 months, but California Service center has been bouncing around anywhere from 3 to 8 years. Our case status has not changed in the last year with him.

I no longer camp out at my mailbox, but never could rely on that case status site, but we are thinking seriously and trying to find other countries that will take him so we can get him out of Venezuela. Maybe Iraq or Afghanistan are possibilities, we the mess we are making there, taking in a lot of their people, he may stand a better chance.
