My wife applied i-130 for me 4 years ago. She is green card holder. In biographic information she wrote my mom's name mistakenly incorrect now after 4 years my i-130 approved and my case is in NVC and i received DS 230 instruction packet recently and in DS 230 i must enter my mom's name and date of birth. Can i tell NVC that my mom's name was incorrect in baiographic page that submit with i-130 and i want it to be correct in DS 230 ? If i ask them will my process delayed ?? as i am already waiting for now 4 years and 7 months.

Many Thanks and looking some guide.

I don't think, the process will be delayed, if you notify them the correction. It is better to provide the correct information than to ignore it. You also may want to talk with a NVC operator live and ask for the advice. The number is: 603--334-0700, then option 1 for English and option 5 to speak with an operator. Good Luck.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview
