That's great. I've heard lots of good news from Haiti so far. I spoke to my co-worker's mother yesterday who is trying to leave Haiti. It was so sad listening to her stories. She is running out of food and people are charging $2 per egg and $15 per gallon for gas...sad.

Early in my pregnancy I wanted tacos, and I craved milk... which I never even drank. I was drinking WHOLE milk...ew!

I couldnt touch chicken!

My craving with my son was salisbury steak and mashed potatoes and orange juice.

My craving with my daughter was vegetables, salads, beets, anything with vinegar in it and Dipsy Doodles, 4 bags during a sitting

Yes, it a long process with some Caribbean countries. I've heard even longer in Jamaica. They flew 100 orphans to the Netherlands...wonder what's going to happen to them??

I saw another touching story where a Texas lady who was also in the process of adopting 3 girls from Haiti. She flew back two days ago to get her kids. Their house was flatten but the kids refused to leave knowing their mother would rescue them. It was pitch black when she finally arrived and called out their names and the girls emerged...I lost it. They are now resting in Florida.

I was thinking about this AOS stuff and was wondering if we asked MoBay hope to send us a letter of some sort stating our medical was done there would it meet the requirements they are looking for? These is just absolutely absurd that they could be so contradictory and confuse the process even further!

I know its like you can't win for losing...I read on a post where someone asked if you can get a copy of the medical at the POE? I never saw any responses but I'm wondering if this is possible and if I need to drill it in Den's head to ask when he arrives at POE at Hartsfield...

For the life of me I just don’t understand why when people want to die they just don’t kill themselves. Why must they take innocent lives with them??? I feel you. Over the weekend we saw these specials on the history channel about gangs. I was especially bothered when the gang members would kill innocent, non-gang related people. If you're gonna kill, keep it amongst yourselves.

If you get an RFE telling you to get a full medical because they lost yours, I wouldn't even chance just returning the copy of the medical, especially since it won't be sealed. Because if they determine that doesn't meet what they were asking for, you risk a denial.

Good Morning all!!!! I can't believe Haiti had another earthquake. That is really mind boggling. When I was pregnant w/my son, I craved taco bells!!! It was to the point where people joked that his father wasn't Jamaican but indeed hispanic the way I needed tacos. I loved the pregnancy shows @ one time as well. I may put it on just now for SO & I to watch. I'd like a daughter. I have my six year old son & a toddler step son. Who knows. Maybe just now. I didn't even start this AOS filing & I'm getting irritated already. I know we were able to get update & obtain his vaccination records & doctor even wrote something for him that he felt would be useful abroad. We also obtained duplicate copies of his & his sons BC. So I will see what is what when I begin. Take care until I 4wrd back here

I'm up 2.5 hrs earlier than I like to be, due to this wonderful 6am meeting my team lead called.

We got a text message last night from USCIS! They acknowledged receipt of the requested evidence (which they actually received last Tuesday). It said we can expect to hear again in 60 days. I'm hoping it's smooth sailing from here on out.

I am so jealous that he will have shorts on in 2 days and I will be stuck here in this snow. I cannot wait to travel with him. I really have to get the ball rolling and plan a trip.

Let me ask you all... on average how much do you all spend to stay somewhere in JA. (obviously, when not staying with family) Now I have been to MoBay but was thinking I should try something different when Louis and I go together.

I had Odean ask wen he flew into FLL, They told him no. but on the upside, he has all his record with the vaccinations and xrays he had done.
