Irie: too funny!

The Red bull is for energy and I'm just adding the guiness coz that's what they do @ parties to stay up & energized.

I know I don't need packet 3, especially that I did almost everything required but I'm just worried he might not get packet 4 in time & I know you do have to have your appointment letter to do the medical & enter the embassy on the day of the interview. I have until the end of the month to freak out about it if he doesn't get it.

By the way, they responded to my email saying my interview is February 12th @ 8:30 PM!!!! They kill me.

I tend to be a nervous wreck over simple things so I'm trying to calm my butt down.

but given how busy he's been lately, by the time he got around to pinning it, it would need to be unpinned shortly thereafter.

with the frequency of posts in this thread, it's quite easy to find as it's usually in the top 5 of this forum though.

seeeee I knew it would go down like that.. the embassy is fickle! Thats my son's birthday.. someone else has an interview that day... cannot think of who though.

Well... I wanted to know!

They should send you a copy of Packet 4. You can forward it to him or if he has access to email forward him the emil that you received from the embassy and they will except that.

anybody know the easiest way for my husband to renew his Jamaican passport? He is down there right now, but only for a week and a half.

The situation in Haiti is so tragic there aren't even words...I am so sorry for any of you that might have family down there...I hope and pray for you

Acrow, you can download the form from this site http://www.pica.gov.jm/content/home/.

He needs to complete it and have it notarized along with 2 passport pictures( only 1 photo to be notarized) take these along with his expired passport to the passport office.

There is a 24 hr service which I think cost about $7000 and a 3 day service for about $6000.00.

LOL, should and do are two different things when it comes to the Jamaican embassy!
