Girl not only Island time CP time!!!! I am a culprit of that as well, I am trying to get better but ughhhh mornings nuh easy. Just like the Ladies suggested with CP time you always have to do change the time to reflect 30 minutes to an hour earlier, that usually does the trick

What is CP time? It's probably really obvious, but I can't figure it out. The morning is one thing, when you have just woken up and are tired, but at night when you have all day to prepare and know the time is just rediculous to me. Oh and I agree about the sexy parties always being the best choice. Speaking of, KJ you joke about the ice pack, but it's no joke you are going to need a couple
