morning yardies

visa in hand, picked it up yesterday

i got the infamous big brown envelope that everyone talks about

but i was always of the impression that i would not be able to see the contents

they cut a corner of the envelope, so even though u can't open it, u can see what's inside

so when the lady at dhl tells me don't open it, i point to the big gaping hole in the envelope and ask her "it's already open?"

she says they do that so they can see what's inside :unsure: i was like oooooooooookaaaaaaaaaaaay

THAT is the million dollar question

to be honest...i'm not too sure yet

i know i have to make an entry by july

which leads me to ask, can someone travel back and forth on visa without the greencard? like if i go up and have to come back before the greencard arrives, will i be able to get back in without the greencard?

hi everyone!!!

did anyone have one of those glider/ottoman things when they had a baby? i'm debating whether to get one.....most of them look so cheap...and then what do you do with it when you are done with your need to rock a baby? maybe they are only meant to last that long..

9/27/09 - Received by Chicago Lock Box

10/2/09 - Date on NAO1's

10/5/09 - Received NAO1's in the mail

10/5/09- Check cashed

10/11/09 - Received Biometrics letter in the mail

10/29/09- Biometrics appointment

10/14/09 - Walked in for Biometrics appointment

10/15/09 - Touch I-485/I-765

10/16/09 - I-485 transferred to CSC

11/6/09 - EAD approved

11/9/09 - Advance Parole approved

11/23/09- Received EAD/AP

12/2/09 - Email Card Production Ordered!!!!

12/9/09 - Card received

Thanks. Yeah I'm going to have to just relax and do what I can...I'm not taking any time off work, however I will be working from home on Wednesday so Den's first full day here I will be with him...poe thang. I already know he probably going to be so bored all day while I'm at work but I've been taking notes from others on here and gettting some ideas about things we can do to keep him busy! :thumbs:
