Ells Mikel does the same thing when he puts things away in the kitchen...and I don't get it either and don't try to stess myself out about it. If I really can't find something I make him come in the kitchen and get if for me. Since I have started doing that he has been puting things back where they belong more. I don't get upset with him I just say where did you put the strainer I can't find it. Plus he is tall and he puts things on the top shelf that I can't even see or reach so most of the time I had him getting that stuff for me too. Lately they have not been on the top shelf. They learn.

Lehi hasn't been here long give it time.

lol.. i guess my kitchen is small cuz i dont' have THAT many optios of where stuff can go LOL..

Mmmmmmmmmmmmm Mmmmmmmmmmmmm.....I know that one.

You will love this, Philly. Finesse too.......he's got his kids 3 nights in a row this week, starting last night. I'm missing him in my bed every night (except when he's working firehouse). I took and sent day 1 picture. Which was pretty tame. Told him he's in trouble day 2 and 3 and to make sure the kids don't have his phone when I'm texting. I expect Thursday will be a good night :innocent:

 @ JG you were sexting

Yardies, here's my question of the day (mostly directed at the ladies)....

Do your guys help you out at home? Do they take the iniative themselves or do you have to ask? What do you do if they did do something but it wasn't quite right & you need to do it again?

Yes Damian is very good about helping out, the best part is I don't have to ask him he cooks, cleans, paints builds I am so blessed! Hmmm well communication girl if there is something you think can be done differently just let him know how you feel and tell him how you would like to see it done

Pulling up their uniforms? So does that mean they were in boxers??? Please I beg of you to give me details!!!

LOL  you so crazy they had on some sort of official uniform when they jumped into the fire suit! Looked like Dickies or something rugged

nothing really happened...i just have a very low tolerance for stupidity and everyone seems to be a dumb #### today....this one dude at my job specifically...grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

You too, yeah shorty doo wop over here is a pain in mi raas!

It's not really that pretty of a picture, Dada, to think of some of them running around in their boxes......(OMG I think I may be blind now thinking about that)......and um, what kind of firehouse has all the guys running around in their underwear?????? Oh, that's just not right. Chi chi.

Alright Ladies I am out of here. I have to drive across town for a meeting at an ad agency and then I have to pick the kids up from school. I probably will log back in after that...it has been fun chatting with you all today.

mine was a geo metro.. my brother called it a skate and demanded i drop him off down the street from the movies.. dyam ungrateful

:rofl: My Mom STILL has her 'skate' & she uses it when she wants to save on gas for trips to town when there is no extreme weather. The rest of the time she uses her Toyota Echo.

Good Luck with that Ells... :)

His stuff will stay where he leaves it... it doesn't bother him like it bothers you. (I know this from my own attitude) ... You will either have to take care of his stuff or not let it bother you.

Do you think he could change your neat freakiness? I know Louis can't change mine... I can't change him.

I'm going to try my darnedest to not let it bother me for a while. Then he always asks 'where's my this or that' and I tell him, 'wherever you put it'. :bonk:

I had a yellow firebird that I loved till some damn fool stole it. When we got it back, it looked like a midget car. Who knew they could strip a car down that far? So, I used the insurance money to fully pay for a brand new Geo Metro. People told me it wouldn't start in the cold. They told me it was a deathtrap. They told me all kinds of things I couldn't do with the car. That car ran like a dream in snow and all, started every time. I stuffed it to the gills with kids and ####### and stuff from Sam's. Only issue I ever had was it was recalled cause of reports the hood was flying open on the highway  . I almost hated to trade it in for my current Jeep Cherokee. I've had this car for the last 8 years.

I want a new car. But, I'm not looking forward to a new car payment.

My Mom loves the heck out of her little Metro. The thing is still running just fine & they hope it does because it's hard to find parts for it now that they don't make them anymore.

Thanks, I will try! I say thank you often & try not to let certain things bother me but last night he tried to call me a liar saying I've never told him a certain thing when I know darn well I've said this particular thing (in regards to a certain chore) at least a half dozen times. I've said it nicely & like I'm trying to train someone for a job & I've nagged. But apparently, he hasn't heard me ANY of those times cause he claims I've never said anything before. Made me HOT cause he said I was lying!

Great News!!!!

Den's Visa is ready for pick up! Yayyyyy!:dance::dance:

YAY DEN'S!! Congrats!

Ells men are a lot like teenagers there is nothing you can really do to change that.

Mikel has done a couple of things lately that I just look at him and say I can't believe you just did that...our kids wouldn't even think of doing that. I will give you one thing that he did. Marley was using a pencil and it fell on the floor while we were eating dinner. So we all were talking about the pencil being on the floor so we kept eating. Well when Mikel got up instead of bending over and picking it up...he kicks it across the room. I was like you have got to be kidding me how childish is that. He said that it was dangerous for it to be on the floor which I agreed with him about. But to kick it...I just wanted to hit him up over the head. I didn't say anything to him at the time but yesterday I said something to him and we both had a laugh about it and he did admit that was a dumb thing for him to do. SMH.

They sure are! Glad I'm not the only one who feels that way.

Sometimes I want to kick Lehi's things across the room! I don't but I want to....especially when I almost trip over them in the middle of the night going to the bathroom in the dark.

Teal Green Saturn (kinda sporty/kinda gay) LOL

And NOW.... my Purple Mazda.

5249_1202490188423_1413648437_584047_2692486_n.jpg

:lol::lol: @ kinda gay

Cute Mazda!

JG there is a time and place for every color and that shade of green does NOT belong on a car. And let me tell you the entire car was green...seats, dashboard, carpet, steering wheel...EVERYTHING!!!!! I felt like I was driving Kermit the Frog! (no smart remarks on that one either)

It's not easy being green!

FOR SURE!! My kitchen is tiny but I'll be darned if there hasn't been enough times I couldn't find a can opener or lemon juicer or lid to a container! And often times he's not around to ask....then I get really annoyed!

Oh Ells... I have used those exact words on many an occasion.... since I am the one that cleans everything up I "must have done something with it" LOL!

...who knows... maybe I did! But he SHOULD have put it away before I had a chance to! hahaha!

JG no it wasn't really fuzzy but kind of sun bleached out looking. I hated the color and the look of it but it ran like a dream. When I got it is was 1988-89 and it was a 1975 and it only had 30,000 miles on it.

DAMN.....was it owned by an old lady? That's GREAT mileage.

Boy, I've been 'communicating' mi rass off! I tell him the first couple times how I'd like it done differently in a nice tone....it never seems like he hears me. After a while, it doesn't come out so nice anymore. And then to be told I've never said anything before. Can you say, 'HOTTER THAN FISH GREASE'??

The "gay" remark about my Saturn... people either loved or hated that color... I think it was "Caribbean Green" or something. A friend had told me he had a car that color and his "buddies" put a rainbow sticker on it without him knowing!! hahahah!

So then I was here in Maine after I got the car and my friend was looking in the glove box... she takes out the manual and there is a pic of the original owner in there (Saturn always took a pic of the buyer/dealer when you get a new one) and she says "Oh! I know him, I work with him (buyer) HE IS GAY!"

hahahahaha!

Thank you girl!

YESSS! YAY! Are you buying that ticket now! Woo!
