Bunz; I remember it like it was yesterday...his funeral was more like a party and celebration of life with his 20 plus kids -- my grandmother also wrote out what she wants --- I haven't read her letter yet. I've had it since May 2000. My mom and aunts were given letters as well, but mine is different. I'm the oldest grandchild and she says, when they get to bickering I'll know what to do. She wrote it after she got over her first stroke. She made my sister and I promise to wear white...all white and a huge white hat. told me not to bother to wear stockings cause she know I don't like to wear them in Jamaica because it's so HOT!

This lady that been working here for 16 years as the receptionist, has been putting down on her milege sheet, when I didnt have a car, she was taking me home. i live 5 minutes from her I cant believe it.

Then on Fridays I have to mail out the reports that I compile, and sometime she offers to mail them for me, well she is putting down that she takes them every week.Hell no you dont and then she put down 40 miles, if you know Las Vegas aint nothing 40 miles from nothing.

She has been calling corporate on people in my office and telling about more than 2 smoke breaks and she is embezelling (sp) money.

I wonder whats going to happen because she was just in a meeting with our director and she dont play

RECAP Pt. 7:

Girl me too. He is always saying dip dip. Mom can you hand me the dip dip or are we going to the dip dip. So I have learned to ignore him. I told him when he can talk the correct dip dip I will answer.

I got goats but hubby did get me a cat there too! He got me a donkey but I told him to take it back cause he'd be leaving soon! We gave the goats to family & the cat has made friends with neighbors & is doing fine....or at least that's what we're told every time we ask when we call.

Family please say a prayer for my people there was a 7.0 earthquake in Haiti and its devastating at the magnitude. I cant get through to anyone on the phone and my family is in Port au Prince. I am a nervous wreck right now and lighting candles and staying in prayer I am seriously a ball of nerves right now.

Hey Ladies and Eric! My thoughts and prayers are with Philly, her family and friends and all those in Haiti who are going through this awful experience. Philly- I hope you have been able to get through and find something out, not knowing is the worst.

I'm anxiously awaiting to hear Den's good news tomorrow. I don't know "Rasta and Sam" ( I think that is the name), but I think their interview is tomorrow too and I hope the best for them as well. Then the next day is JaP's day she has been waiting forever on. Postive vibes to all of you ladies.

I just looked up our case looking to see if we got an RFE for the medical like everyone else who filed in Dec., well it atleast seems that way. I was pleasantly surprised to see our case was transferred to Cali!! I'm excited we don't have to go to another interview (for now). I asked in Nat's Dec. filers forum, but wanted to ask here too. Does this mean we are past the point where they would ask for another medical? Any other info on being transferred to Cali? I know Dillon was and she got approved fast.

We're doing good and I can't believe it's already been 2 months. Ever since Dada brought up Ells being an only child and how that might affect adjusting to married life, being an only child myself I find myself analyzing that. So far I find that I love always having a playmate and I don't mean that sexually. I just love always having someone to "play" with for a lack of a better term. When I was young I had friends that would play with me, but they always had to go home. I love that V never has to go home and come back anther day to play. Secondly, for the first time I'm having to participate in joint decisions. I find myself saying "oh no what if V doesn't want to go here and I do". Luckily he's very laid back and down for most anything. I'm just used to doing what I want, when and not having to discuss it with anyone. Maybe this is a transition for everyone who goes from single to married. I just thought that maybe people with siblings are more used to having to come to a joint decision (compromise). Maybe I'm reading into the affects of being an only child and adjusting to married life too much, but I just found it interesting when Dada brought it up. OK enough babbling and really I'm not even drinking tonight...honest.

Congrats on the transfer to CA Thompson! That's one less thing to worry about & I'm thinking you're probably clear on the RFE...let's hope so.

I agree with your last paragraph about the adjustment & compromising AND of course having your best buddy around all the time. Some times I wish I could get some ME time all by myself but most of the time, I like it!

I know yall probably think I forgot all about yall, but I been busy. Between work, church, and spending time with ryon its hard to keep up on here...I sometimes pop in anonymously{sp}....but I wanna thank all of you for the B-day luv. Ok so its been a month and 4 days since Ryon got here, he got his social and since yesterday he has been workin at Golden Krust...He is soooo happy cause he was tired of not workin and being in the house while I was at work. Im happy for him even though its a minimum wage job its something for him to do. We will get married on 1/22/10 until then I am gathering everything I need for the AOS stage.

I know I've missed A LOT but I wanna congratulate everyone that has been approved, im rooting for all the upcoming interviews, JAP congrats on the beautiful healthy baby girl u were blessed with.

I had a similar situation with some sparkling wine before. While I was trying to open it (at home, alone), it kinda exploded and shot shards of glass everywhere (including in my face). I was so taken aback I fell onto a chair & started crying.

So, hubby saw his first snow in Tahoe this last week & loved it! I think we have a snowboard enthusiast in the making which is great cause now I'll have someone to go with. Some pics are on FB for anyone who wants to see. We left Wednesday night & stayed until Saturday morning at my friend's timeshare condo & were at the ski park that Friday after getting over colds that were trying to hit us. He enjoyed his lesson & I enjoyed my few runs down the big hills. Definitely not anywhere near as in shape as I would've liked but still fun. We had a good time at the condo with friends & on the way back on Saturday, stopped at his Dad's & stayed one night there. It was nice & pretty relaxing. Messed his Dad & Dad's GF up with my version of Jamaican rum punch! LOL! Got back Sunday night & just getting back into the groove after the mini-vaca. Not too much else going on aside from that. I start school again next week but have only 1 class this semester & I'll have my AA & transfer eligibility. Got As in both my geography & english class....the A in english was a small miracle! Hubby is still going to school & pounding the pavement looking for part-time work. I need to make him a resume but I've been lazy in that department. A job (& the money) would be nice but school & reading is the top priority. This Saturday we're finally going to see Avatar but in Imax 3D...we tried NY weekend but it was sold out. Then next Wednesday we are going to see Ovo (Cirque du Soleil) & we're both looking forward to that. After all that fun, it's time to buckle down & get serious about everything!
