Thats a great goal, so I take it you don't plan on breeding

 Reason # 5974...

Actually, with my company's excellent 401k match (they give 7% if you put up 6%) & my Roth IRA retirement account, it will be possible, with some moderate assumptions.

When I do Vegas, I always stay at a Timeshare, get free tickets to shows by attending the seminars in the am, shows in the PM and free $$$$. I don't gamble, so Vegas is only appealing to me for the shows and shopping. My GF's are the gambling ones, so we set up a team system, two of us may go to a different seminar in the am and acquire tickets or $$ for the 4 of us to use in the evening. The next day the next set of 2's do the same. You have to be patient... inorder to use this system. IT works and we have fun.

I don't see this working with your husband or SO along. But if it's just a girls trip it works.

okay Roxie i aint mad atcha!

Rant - Why does a dr. tell you that their last appt of the day is at a time so you have to leave work an hour early - and they make you sit in the waiting room for 45 minutes? I coulda worked till normal time and still made the appt by the time I was seen!

:ot:

So how am I suppose to tell Dewayne "The Rock" Johnson that I'm moving on and getting married? I just don't want to break his heart yall. I've been loving him since I can remember. Poe thang, I will try to let him down easy!

He is beyond fine! Cot dang!!!!:ot2:

I can tell him for you - or I used to be able to - the WWF headquarters is right down the street from me - used to see him in McDs all the time, lol - actually my friend used to make me stalk McDs to find him!

You know there are some pretty good packages you can get...air,hotel etc. I used to see them in the travel section of the paper on Sundays. Not sure if they still have those or not but it would be worth a try.

I got a great deal off vegas.com - stayed at the Monte Carlo, 2 people, 5 nights and air was around $500 each

Good Morning, Yardies. I hope everyone had a great weekend!!!

Hey Dens,

Make sure that he calls the customer service in Jamaica, they are a little more helpful. Don't pay attention to what it says online because it makes no sense. When I called customer service they always told me something completely different.

Hey Char,

Nice profile pic!

Afternoon Yardies!

Me too Ells, i would help jg out in a minute! Rashida would definitely be ALIVE and KICKING!!!

Im glad things are working with you and Lehi. He will understand your motives are coming from a place of love (L)

JG, if things don't improve soon, just call on Rashida & me!

Yeah, he's doing a lot better now...he can't believe how quickly the weekend flies by when you only have 2 days off now! One of these years he'll believe that I have good reasons for doing things.

Hi, I am new to Visa Journey, and I'm not sure if I am posting this question in the right section.

My husband and I were married last month (12-29-09) in Jamaica. He is Jamaican and I am a US citizen. We are still waiting for some final supporting paperwork to file our petition IR-1/I-130....so we haven't sent it off yet.

I wanted to know your experience on coming to the U.S. with a tourist visa while waiting for a greencard. My husband has a 10 year tourist visa and has visited me here before, and left as he should have.

Now that we are married, I'm worried that there might be a problem with immigration at the airport. If you've visited the US before in a similar situation - Did you have any problems when you told them you were visiting your spouse? We will most likely file our I-130 right after he leaves, as we should have all the paperwork together then. He has a round trip ticket and will be here for 9 days.

Any information would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!!

Welcome to the yardie thread soulful!

Good moning all!!! Long Time no read....

Work has been kicking my butt.. And it seems like no matter how nice of an evening Eric and I have, the morning after is always a fuss. He walks in the room and won't even say good morning. I am not used to that and don't plan on getting used to it. So of course I am always the one to say it first, then I am like what you didn't see me sitting here? Oh and when he is leaving out the house, he says I am gone now. No kiss no I love you no nothing. So of course I get a case of the #### then. Cause I make it a point for him to know that I love him and to give him a kiss.

Burns me up :ranting:

Just let him know what you like & hopefully he'll do it to make you happy. Hubby is pretty good about that kinda stuff but if he tries to walk away or leave without saying anything, I say "hey, come back here!" & that usually does the trick! LOL

Booooooooo to Dens Wifey & JG for cheering for the Colts.

Two weeks ago, Steven & I went to this gas station for a car wash. From where you turn into the gas station, you can either drive around in front of the building or behind it to get to the car wash line. Steven noticed that back way, which I'd never noticed before.

Well, last night I was driving to the gas station for a car wash when some other car cut me off. He then proceeded to drive at the speed of snail. I was frustrated with him. He turned into the gas station just before I did. But since I knew about the [shorter] back way to the car wash queue, and he went around front, I beat him!!! He got to wait for my car wash to finish, which he deserved since he never should've cut me off & gone that slow.

Hee hee hee! I like when you're a little mean, Nat!

Good morning.. tell me about the day  I almost got carried down the marble steps at work. I had to hold on to the railing and I started praying. I was scared to death... ugh

I tried to register Steve for GED classes this morning and it was full  what a waste of time... I just feel  today...

I feel your frustration Mrstee! Are there any other locations that give GED classes? The one great thing about being where we are, is that once he's ready, there is no shortage so I don't think he'd ever have to wait.

My only question is how the heck did he get the bull on the bike? I can’t believe its staying put.

LOL! I was wondering both that AND how did he keep it so sedated?

yes, thanks for asking. had ultrasound this morning and we got some great 3D pics of babies faces and OMG, they look just like my husband!! we were in there making whole heap a joke. hubby said that if a woman hates her hubby during her pregnancy, the babies come out looking just like the father.....and its true......cuz mi nah easy yuh knoa!!!

Awww, that's the coolest Nesse! @ yuh nah easy while ya breed! I'm afraid I'll be a terror when that time comes....lawd av mercy!

OMG people... as much as I like my "alone time".... it is boring around here during the day without Louis!

I just called him and the crickets are chirping, he has had a couple drinks and he said its "hot as he!!".... I AM SOOOO JEALOUS!!!!!

I DON'T BLAME YOU!! :no::no:
