I have pictures.....but the instructions says something about affidavids.....Did anyone have to send those?.....

You may want to read this guide - it has the info you require!

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS

Please can you tell me of any other documentation I may need to go ahead and send with the I-130 to prove we have a ligimitate relationship and and our marriage is real..... I hear that sometime we need to submit emails and things prior to the marriage and so forth might help.....Not sure what to do.......I have pictures of our wedding and my trip there also should I submit those?
