Montreal delays?

I was just wondering if any of the December posters who mentioned delays receiving their visa had now received them in January. We were refused for domicile and sent the additional documentation in four weeks ago today.

The interviewer told us we should expect a response (and if approved, visa) 2-4 weeks from when we submit the paperwork. As we had to send my husband's passport, my husband is getting worried that a business trip may be in the works soon, and he'll be "grounded."

I would try and call them...2-4 weeks over Christmas holidays really isn't 2-4 weeks A lot of time off in between with holidays and all.

You can't call Montreal though.

Have you tried emailing them Mtlmama?

Also, if you can give any details for the domicile issue, what you originally took to the interview as proof and what you sent for additional proof, it is always good for us to have this info for future interviewees

I hesitate to email them, don't want to "anger the gods."

email is useless or is to me..i emailed dec 8th and 17th and my fiance did too. still no response a month later. they are really bad at replying now..all i got both times was the automated messages.
