Finally out of AP at the NVC!!!

I just got off the phone with the NVC and they sent it to Manilla yesterday!!!! finally here she comes home!!!!

Congrats!! at least that was a short AP. We just got approved through the CSC...now i just need to wait a week and call the NVC. Hopefully i will be back in the states soon!

I need to call them to find out our case number. I was also under the impression that I would have to call the NVC to expedite it there too? Dont I still need to send the Affidavit of support and DS-230 packet to the NVC? I also still need to pay my fees there.

Yeah the only thing that sucks right now is I will be going to visit my wife in the end of january and all of feb. We will try to do the medical, but I will still have to go back and get her once the visa is issued. The only problem right now is i really want to visit her because i wont be able to take leave until about May if i dont go when i get back from kuwait. Yes it did all work out. I am assuming it was approved on 5 January, but the notice was never sent until 11 january...seems like it takes them a week to send the NOAs out. Hopefully i will be back in the states in a week or less

i hope so ....I was talking to another guy that the NVC sent it out on the 4th and they have their interview on the 17th so looks like you can get everything done while u are there

i would only hope that we get everything done...i guess only time will tell. It would be awesome to bring her back with me...but I think she will want to wait until june...it will be kinda warm in alaska...

your paper were expedited means you were asking for speedy process they will send you the IV Bill and you will pay it online once you pay it they will give you your MNL case # they will send the DS 3032 aka choice of agent to your wife in the Philippines she needs to send them back to NVC once they recieved the DS 3032 they will gonna forward your papers to the USEM your wife will receive the packet 4 from USEM i brought my AOS, DS 230 together with my other documents on the day of my interview if you havent pay the visa fee which is $400 yeah call them btw your timeline is very close to mine we got married 8/22/2008 hopefully your wife will get in the US around april goodluck

yeah you can email it back to them but have some back up send the signed copy thru mail

Eh, no way I'm waiting for Wisconsin winter to subside. She'll have to get used to it or decide she can't stand it sooner or later. Better to see it now when spring is just a couple months around the corner.
