November 2009 K1 CSC ----- ANYONE GOT ANYTHING

Hey there folks. I am a november 2009 filer with NOA 1 dated on 12th. There has been no touch nor any movement of any kind. But the norm as I have researched or according to the timeline predictions is February 14th onwards for any progress. Does anybody have any insight on this.......? Does anybdy have any touches?....ANYTHING....

Our Journey For K1 Visa

11/18/2009 - NOA1 Hard Copy Received

02/13/2010 - NOA2 Hard Copy Received

03/04/2010 - K1 Visa Packet 3 Arrived

05/04/2010 - Interview - APPROVED !!!

05/19/2010 - My Shah comes to the USA via CHICAGO :)

06/02/2010 - Apply for SSN

06/25/2010 - WE GOT MARRIED!!!!! :)

Our Journey For AOS

07/07/2010 - Start AOS process - Another 2 years, but my Shah is with me :)

07/08/2010 - AOS & EAD Sent to Chicago Lockbox

07/12/2010 - AOS & EAD NOA1 Received

07/26/2010 - AOS & EAD Appointment Letter Received

08/19/2010 - AOS & EAD Biometrics Taken

08/21/2010 - AOS Transfer to California Service Center

09/04/2010 - Received EAD Card :). It is A Very Happy Day :(

10/12/2010 - Received REF Missing Page on I-485 :(

11/08/2010 - Received Green Card for 2 Years :)

Hi Shahsu,

I am a Nov. 09 filer too... We already have a thread if you want to get updates for this particular month, please see the thread. Also, they are processing Oct. 2009 still yet, go see Igor's List and K-1 Immigration Timeline.

Nonet and Mario's Timeline

4/05/09 - The first time Mario saw me.

4/06/09 - The day we were introduced to each other.

6/23/09 - We were officially a couple.

10/06/09 - He visited me in Manila.

10/12/09 - His birthday! He proposed to me at Italliannis Gateway Mall

10/18/09 - He went back to Hawaii : (

11/02/09 - We filed I-129F

11/03/09 - NOA1 touched

11/07/09 - Hardcopy of NOA1

02/04/10 - Touch!

02/04/10 - NOA2 via email (happiest day!)

02/11/10 - Honey visited me again : )

02/24/10 - Honey needs to go back to HI yagain : (

03/02/10 - USEM Appointmient Letter receive

03/08-09/10 - Medical Exam (PASSED!) Thank you Lord!

04/05/10 - Interview date... PASSED! Thank you again Lord!

04/08/10 - Visa Received! Thank you, thank you, thanytpk you Lord!

AOS/EAD

05/16/10 - Wedding day!

06/08/10 - AOS sent

06/11/10 - receipt date

06/17/10 - touch

06/18/10 - NOA hard copy received

06/21/10 - touch!

06/24/10 - Biometrics letter received, will be on July 13

06/25/10 - Did walk-in bio at Ala Moana ASC

06/28/10 - touch

08/13/10 - EAD ordered

08/16/10 - touch on EAD

08/18/10 - 2nd EAD production ordered

08/19/10 - touch

08/24/10 - EAD email notification sent

08/26/10 - EAD card received

Shahsu,

I don't you have anything to worry about. I flied Petition I-129F only July 21st, 2009. I didn't recieve my NOA2 till October 6th, 2009. My guess is that you should be hearing about your petition within the month. I have attached my timeline for you, hope this helps. Let me know if you have any questions I will be more than happy to help.

Date I-129F Sent: July 20,2009

Date I-129F NOA1 (Receipt): July 21,2009

Date I-129F NOA2 (Approved): October 6, 2009

Date Package Recieved by NVC: October8,2009

Date Package Left from NVC: October 13 ,2009

Date Recieved by Consulate: October 22, 2009

Date Recieved Instructions (Pckt 3/4): November 6,2009

Interview Date: February 7, 2010
