When i sent in my application I only sent in the 1st copy of the G325's.(dumb i know). So i know they are going to be asking for the others. The thing is though I have a different job now then i did when i sent in the petition. So when they ask for the other forms should i just fill all 4 out over again since the present employment is different? Or just ignore the fact that i have another job now and fill out the other 3 identical to the one they already have??

Definitely don't lie.

And saying that you have your old job from whenever to "present" would be lying.

So I say fill out all four with your new information and include a supplement explaining the situation.

Anyone else have anything to chime in on this one?

Sound advice though I think you may want to wait for an RFE on the issue. I am not certain if sending in the info unrequested is advisable.

Oh yes. Wait for the RFE. :) Sending it in unsolicited will just confuse the heck out of already confused and overworked people.

right, I'm not sending it in now or anything. I just know they will probably ask for it eventually and i wanted to have it ready. Not that I wanted to lie, but I figured I'd just confuse the people with putting different info. on the forms. But including a supplement should work. Thanks!

Does anyone have concrete, actual experience of them asking for the additional pages of the G325A form? I met with a lawyer last week, and she told me in regards to the G325A all I needed to send was the first page of the G325A for my fiance and I, and to staple our passport-style photo onto our respective forms. She said that's how she sends her applications, and it has never been a problem in her practice.

That's weird. If you check the bottom of the pages, you'll see that each one is probably forwarded to a different place. So, I guess you have to send all 4 of them, even if the info in there is the same. Also, you need to sign all pages.

I only offer advice - not even legal. Just the plain and simple kind.

I've heard some musings on this board that they G-325a form is almost unnecessary anymore and that they are pretty loose with the reviewing of it. So, maybe you won't even get an RFE?

Everything I've read said no staples - either paste them or use a paperclip. Same goes for putting together multiple pages. Paperclip them rather than staple them. Is that incorrect?

Some places say to staple a plastic baggie with your photos to a blank sheet of paper (just to keep everything to the same size). But in cases other than that, I say paper clips, or the even more secure binder clips, is the way to go.

CONCRETE, ACTUAL evidence, ie, an actual rejection or RFE, etc. because only the first page was sent is what i was asking for, not opinions, or "i heard from somewhere's". Thanks.

There has been RFE's for only sending the first page. There has also been members that havent received an RFE for doing same. All you can do is wait and see if you receive one. It's totally up to the adjudicator.

I think, you haev two options.

1. Wait for the RFE

2. If you sent it to California service Center, then email them that you only sent one page inadvertently and ask for their advices.

Should you fill out a new G-325A, you should include your current job from the starting date to "Present" and so on. You should fill the G-325A form out from the USCIS website, as when you type on one page, it wil automatically fill the blanks for all 4 pages. Then you can just print all 4 pages out at the same time. Don't forget to sign and date afterwards.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview
