Anyone November people getting NOA-2???

I filed on NOv. 18th...I was hopeful for January..but now it seems like things are delayed... thinking early February now...

Anyone in early November seeing anything, but not updating their timelines?

Well..November people, hopefully the VSC is getting back to our files soon! Seems like they are doing something else right now!

We filed in December of 08 and were approved in May.

I think you may be out of luck hoping for an NOA2 right now.... unless the timeframes have changed since we filed. Last I saw it was 6 months.

Some do get lucky and get approved very quickly. We have some friends who applied a week before us and were approved in March.

Anyway I hope all goes well for you and you get your NOA2 sooner rather than later.

Everything has stopped in Vermont as far as processing K-1's they are on to other petitions now.. We are back to the 6-9 month wait.. Fukin Jerkoffs..

Here's what I've decided:

The zombie apocalypse has begun. Its epicenter is in St. Albans, VT. The fine government workers at the VSC are hiding under desks and building hasty walls with boxes full of K1 petitions to protect themselves. They are too busy trying to save the lives of themselves and their colleagues to process applications right now. But don't worry, after the fall, the population of the US will be so low, with so many of us having been eaten by zombies, that they'll be happy to let us bring our SO's, no questions asked (to help repopulate, of course). Oh! And of course, all of the VJ community will survive because of our well honed patience and exquisite following-somewhat-obscure-directions skills: abilities of unequaled value in a zombie attack.
