Hi I am new in this site, i am seeking help for tourist visa application. What are the requirements?

For a visa to the US you would apply at the local embassy (Manila). You would need to demonstrate strong ties to your home country. There is nothing that a US citizen can do to help.

You'll need to show financial stability to prove that you won't overstay your tourist visa.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

Hi there, Thanks for the answer, my aunt (she's holding greencard) is inviting me to visit them for a family reunion before i settle down. And she said she will pay for my trip. I just went to Ireland last November and Return to Philippines last December 26. Visited my other aunt who's working and living there.

Are there any requirements from my aunt will need for applying for the visa??

Also please note that its stated in the site that: In general, affidavits of support of any sort from relatives or sponsors will be of little value to an applicant (except to student visa applicants). The Affidavit of Support is a requirement only for immigrant visas.
