How do you figure that one out? It doesn't state that in the article, and a little reading reveals the the victim, a member of the Juarez Cartel, which is a cocaine smuggling organization. The purported cartel that carried out the murder (Gulf Cartel) is a bit more diversified, but cocaine is still their staple product.
