It totally depends on the beneficiary's location and how many visas the Embassy is printing at this period.

I picked up my visa so I can't give you a first hand experience but as what one friend who had the same day of interview as mine shared, she received her visa on October 24 last year, a Saturday. Our interview date was on October 20, Tuesday. Do the simplest math.

Hakuna matata.

God bless us all.

And oh... CONGRATULATIONS to you and your fiancee!

Another immigrant to be welcomed soon!

Congrats!!

I think it only takes 2-3 days if she lives around Metro Manila and may take longer if she lives in the province.

Hi! I know exactly how you feel! My fiance (who is now my husband ♥) wanted to buy my plane ticket the minute my visa got approved then we calmed down a bit and realized that we should probably wait until I actually got my passport and visa in hand. LOL. My visa was approved on 2009-06-18 and I received the visa packet 2009-06-23. So that's 3 business days (or 4 if you count the Saturday since Air21 delivers on Saturdays too), 5 total days. Take note that I lived in Pasig City (Metro Manila) - I imagine it would take a bit longer for provincial addresses.

There should be a huge note in the visa packet saying that you should not open the envelope. You can open the Air21 plastic pouch ONLY to get the passport.
