are the wait times of the US immigration website accurate?

I went online to the travel state gov. website for wait times.

for the vancouver office it says 8 days,.....is this accurate???http://travel.state.gov/visa/temp/wait/tempvisitors_wait_result.php?post=Vancouver&x=58&y=13

and for montreal wait times are 42 days????

accurate for what? certainly not a K-1 (it even says "K" visas are excluded)
