Filing for K1, should we send the every page including the various schedule C, F, etc or just the first two pages up until the signature?

P.s. I accidentally asked the question on the US Citizenship page while searching the forums.

Usually you send in the 1040/w-2/1099 as appropriate.

However, I would recommend you get your tax transcripts from the IRS - has everything you need and easier to read.

(moved from K-1 to embassy - I-134 related)

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS

When you submit tax information the USCIS prefers the IRS transcripts. You can obtain the transcripts free of charge. >>>> http://www.irs.gov/individuals/article/0,,id=110571,00.html

If you do submit copies of tax returns submit the return and all schedules and supporting documents (W2, 1099, etc)

Thanks for the info.... by the way, is just the previous year's return ok or would you suggest at least another year back? Again, this is for K1. Thanks again.
