I think that I can officially join your club now hehe

Our little Tunisiano made his way into the world on February 1, 2010. We named him Sayed Elyas.

8 pounds and 12 ounces - 21 inches long and he's the light of our life. We both feel SO blessed. Hamdouallah.

Just wanted to stop in and say hello. My hands are super full right now - literally trying to type and hold a baby to the ####### and since it's been 7 years I've forgotten how little time you have for anything (including email, message boards, facebook, the bathroom, the shower hehe )

I hope that you're all doing well! The mena beans are all so sweet. I can't believe how big they are getting.

annie? wait, who's annie again?

:innocent:

You bettah know my name girl! :bonk::luv:

I missed all of you and lovin my new little stinker Sayed. His little stinker face is on my phone background. LOL I can't wait to come back East Ash and hold him. So sad we are so far right now. GRRRR :crying::angry:

Kelzzz! You are starting a baby rush again! :P And I am officially outta that game! No more please!!!

Sara, I'm so nervous about the terrible 2's because right now I'm experiencing those days with Nour already. She literally tests me EVERYDAY! And has that little angel face look while she basically tells me to "take a hike". It has to be boys tho because as everyone is saying...Zain is an absolute angel baby. He tests a bit but all I have to say is la'a or bas and he stops and is off in another direction agreeing its not right. Even picking things up he's not supposed to, I will give him a face then he hands me whatever he's picked up and says "da" (oh you want this huh?)...lol. He loves to cuddle and goes to bed ontime, etc. Nour loves to give me gray hair, looks at me directly in the eye while doing exactly what i have told her not to do, screams at my face laughing hysterically when I try to show her the "right" way to do something and will only cuddle half a second then pushes off to destroy her next project! LOL They are night and day twins!

We just picked up tricycles for them (since they were stealing the other kids bikes in the park next to our home) and they love them. It's hysterical because they don't use the peddles yet, they "flinstone" around the house! :D:P

has he only tried cow milk? my son had issues with cow milk at that age, but did great on goat milk. the proteins in goat milk are often easier digested than cow milk. my son drank it until he was about 3 and a half, and then he easily made the transistion to cow milk. we never had issues with other cow milk containing foods though in the meanwhile. how does zain do with cheese, or yogurt, or other foods with milk in them? definitely give his drs office a call and see what they say. some drs are really into doing loads of allergy testing, etc., while others aren't. i hope you find a solution soon. poor baby.

thats a great idea! you know he's doing great w/ cheese, yogurt, etc. However, cow milk is a scary sight! I feel so bad for him because its causes him tremendous pain and once done drinking he is doubled over and within 10 min he's sick! thanks for letting me know!

My doctors office has said to wait on allergy testing however, I can just pick out an allergist w/ my medical plan without going thru them. i think that might be my next route as well.

*bump*

Baby talk required. Boring in MENA zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

I'm dealing w/ a lactose intolerant toddler...anyone have any help/suggestions? Milk causes projectile vomiting (Ewww TMI i know!) but at least he knows to aim for the toilet and not moi any more!

Is soy milk out of the question? My bff gives her toddler soy milk because dairy just upsets her tummy too much. Milk gives MY boy diarrhea. I switched to lactose free milk, such as Lactaid, and he does fine with that.
