HELP - I-751 received on 1/4/10 but no response... GC expires on 1/30/10 !!!

Hi all,

We filed the I-751 for my wife and it was accepted at the CSC on Jan. 4, 2010.

I still haven't received any info. as of today.

The problem is that her greencard expires on Jan. 30, 2010....

what do we do if we don't hear anything before her GC expires? Can we go somewhere to get an extension?

07/09/2007 ----- APPROVAL NOTICE SENT !!!

07/23/2007 ----- NVC starts case processing

10/16/2007 ----- CASE COMPLETE !!! ...Finally

10/25/2007 ----- CASE FORWARDED TO MUMBAI !!!

It is still too early to hear from them. Did you send a personal check? If yes, then check your bank and see if there is any activity with that. It usually takes a few more days before you get your NOA1, so don't worry just yet.

Dont worry. it takes 2 to 4 weeks before you receive NOA1. call USCIS if you dont receive it after 30 days.
