I'm going to reschedule the interview if indeed we get it for April. That timeline is better for us.

When I went for my interview the officer told me they could delay issuance of the visa. All I would have to do was send them my passport when I was ready to move. So if you rescheduled your interview and then still needed more time, that's another option for you.

Darkchide-Thanks for "reviving" the baby thread again!.....

Lol..I'm back here on VJ...So I might as well post.....

I'm here! And my son is here too! (sleeping beside me as I type...)......

Lol...Hmmm...not much interesting on the mommy end of things here for me...

Other than...

1) My son is still teething and we're trying baby foods......I think I might have to invest stock in gerber and beech nut soon...lol....

2) We just took my son't family portrait photos recently...to celebrate his 6 month birthday...lol..can't believe he's growing up so quickly....(I'm still waiting to get the photos back...tomorrow hopefully....and then I'll figure out how to post them online...if anyone is interesting in seeing...)

3) We had a blast at the Explore N More.....Fun place to go for babies....and good for family time too...

4) Am thinking about another trip to Canada...visiting Grandma again.....(that is..if the weather is good..)

Blah....Will update more later.....Going to bed now...too tired...

Any other mommies care to post?

I would totally post in here more... if I was pregnant.

But I'm not. But I can try to start a conversation!

Any of the newly pregnant moms going through cravings yet?

Well, my mom, after ignoring my pregnancy for two weeks, finally acknowledged it. She's wondering why I'm not craving pickles, LOL.

Ant: Wow 6 months already... congratulations! Is baby taking the baby food well? One thing my mom used to do is steam and mash veggies and meats to feed us. It is time consuming though...

Reven: You gotta bring the baby thread back! Any news bout baby? Hope your ma continues to support your good news.

There's not much to report, LOL. I don't want to bring the thread down by complaining.

OK, what the hell. Precaution, Trailmix--TMI!!! I'm getting zits not only on my face, neck...now they're showing up on my back and chest! No cravings, but I confess I ate smelt roe on my california rolls last weekend. I also shelled over $100 on liquid iron supplements which promises not to give me constipation but it makes my poop black. I'm still waiting for my poop to turn black.

On a brighter note, I'm preparing to make an announcement on FB about my pregnancy on my B-day in two weeks! :-)

Yahoo! (lol..or should I say, 'VJ search', instead!)....

I found the VJ baby Canadian message thread again! (lol...I've been searching for this for weeks!..)

Anyways, now that I've 'revived' this old thread again....

Anyone want to talk about baby-related issues anymore, instead of immigration-related stuff?

Feel free to post about baby-related stuff here........

Discuss away, all you VJ mommies and VJ mommies to be! :)

Hi everyone! Hope your pregnancies are going well! Mommies, how yall doing?

Wow, this site is so different. I am still trying to figure out how to navigate it. Couldn't find this thread nor the "Getting Canadian Citizenship for Baby" thread. Going to go search some now.

I have been busy for a bit but am back now! I entered the US on my K1 two years ago today! Yay!

I've been meaning to bump this thread but I couldn't find it

Rhiann-Lol..You aren't the only one...I couldn't find it either......

Especially after all the new VJ updates and stuff...lol...

I tried different search terms, truncations, wild cards, numerators, in English, en francais, nothing....

Je ne parle pas francais! I've come to realize too......lol....

Anyways, then I remembered something....

I remembered that I had wrote about a "baby bathtub" in this thread....

So I tried that in the searchbox...and it worked......

Whatever works, I suppose....

Ok..so now that it's bumped up....

Feel free to add to the conversation too..:)

Lol..On a somewhat related topic...Here is an update...

I'm pumping out milk as I type.....Mult-tasking is dificult.....lol....

Baby A is crawling around on the floor searching for easter eggs.....

I have to stay away from him....(still recovering from the flu)...

It's a miracle...He's not sick! (and has never been....guess the milk helps...lol...)

It's like having to re-learn all of VJ all over again....lol....Oh well...

I hope you find the thread you are looking for regarding Canadian citizenship for baby too...

Hint: Try keywords that are related to the topic...No matter how bizzare they may be...

Congrats on your k1 anniversary too...time goes by quickly, indeed!

By the way, how are your children/babies doing nowadays?
