Hey everyone!

I'm still using my maiden name and want to change to my husband's last name. I already changed my social security card, but before anything else can be changed I need to get the right name on my conditional green card.

There's a form I can send in to do this but it costs $290. If I wait until I am filing for my permanent green card (this summer) can I do the name change at the same time? Or should I just do it now?

I'm sorry if this question has been answered before, but my 5 month old won't let me stay on the computer long enough to find it.

Thanks,

Catherine
