Apparently, they want to have specialized service centers. If the form said you should send your petition to TSC, you should send it to TSC and they'll handle the transfer to CSC. Good luck!

I only offer advice - not even legal. Just the plain and simple kind.

Just a question... Did you send the petition with some sort of Certified Mail, Return Receipt or other tracking type option? In the future make sure you do with any correspondence (CYA).

NOA1s are taking upwards of a month to recieve, so you still have some time to wait before it's REALLY time to panic. If 30 days goes by from you sending it and you haven't heard anything. Then I'd start making some calls.

Did you get delivery confirmation?

Did you send a person check? If so, has it been cashed yet?

How did you pay for it? If by check and it was cashed already, you can see the check online and see the receipt number on the back - that's your receipt number. You'll need it to check for updates on the USCIS site.

There's no reason to worry yet. They have been taking some time to cash checks and give you a receipt note. There were other cases like yours. Good luck!

Well, still, I say you've got a little more waiting to do before getting into panic mode. Good luck!
