what does it say on your P/R card on when it was valid from?..whatever it says make it 3 yrs from then and you can apply 90 days before that date..

not sure but you show on your timeline, that you got your card on

Doesn't really matter much, as it can affect the time line both ways. I would check the latest processing times and time it so that your interview falls about 1 week after the 3-year anniversary, just because I wouldn't want to risk a long delay in case you're "early."

Well On September 2010 I will be eligible, because it says on my Green Card " Resident Since 12/27/07 so minus 90 it will be on Sep, 27, 2010 .. but i was thinking to wait till October 2010 i dont want a long delay in case i am early. am i right? or just apply on September? Oh and when should i start collecting evidence?? if i am apply in Sept. then i should to start collecting evidence on June?? am i right too?

It really doesn't matter - the only difference will be when you will get your interview and take the oath. Other than that, you can apply anytime after September 2010. USCIS accepts applications 90-days prior to the 3rd year anniversary, and they process them first-come-first-serve so it doesn't matter, once again, if you send it 60-75 days or 90 days... you can even send it after December if you wish to wait...

The one thing to keep in mind applying at the 90 day mark prior to your third year green card anniversary is you need to have been married for 3 years at the time you apply. If you have your citizenship interview before your third year anniversary of your green card they will just 'hold' onto your official approval until that third year anniversary arrives and then send you the notice of your oath ceremony.
