The I-131 is optional - it is for Advance Parole (AP) which can be used to re-enter the US (if necessary) during the time the AOS is still being processed. It carries a fee but the fee is waived when you file it with (or after) you file the I-485/AOS; so it won't cost you anything. Most folks will simply file it even if they have no immediate plans to travel - it can be nice to have if an urgent travel matter comes up while waiting for the PR/Green Card.

Other than that, it looks OK. Check it against the K-1/K-3 Adjustment of Status Guide to be sure you haven't overlooked anything.

A tip for folks about to get married like yourselves. The day you get married - when the judge/officiant signs your marriage license, ask to hand carry it yourself to the County Clerk's office (or which ever dept. handles marriages in your state) to have it recorded. This can save a lot of time (couple of weeks sometimes). This means you take the signed license to the office to be recorded and get the marriage certificate right away (usually, or at least much faster).

If you look at my list you can just go down it like a checklist.

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...t&p=2821550

There are sample forms filled out on on Visa Journey. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...p;page=examples

Scroll down the page and find the Adjustment of Status forms. Then just gather the other things. Can you photocopy your picture page and visa out of your passport? Can you find the small card called the I-94 that they gave you when entered the US? Maybe they handed it to you and maybe they stapled it in your passport. Copy the front and back. Do you still have the income tax return or letters from an employer from your K1 Affidavit of Support? Use them again with the new Affidavit of Support called the I-864. Can you go get new passport size photos made?

Don't be overwhelmed by the long list. Just take it a form or document at a time and check it off the list. If you get stuck on one of them, then ask a specific question on the forum. Nobody can walk you through all of them in one post. If you managed to get a K1 visa, then you should be able to work though AOS with all the resources VJ provides. Print things that you think are useful when you read them so you can find them when you're ready. Your other choice is the pay an immigration attorney $$$$ to walk you through it, but you still have to gather the information.
