I don't care because KFC is not food.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

I think it is racism and stereotyping. Remember how our resident Australian supremest spoke of blacks.

How so? First off, the ad was about cricket and the west indies. Last time I check, 35 million African Americans do not represent hundreds of millions of other people. Or are you suggesting that based on their skin color, they are all the same? :whistle:

Better yet, are you suggesting that Australians should sit there and study African American history because you say so? They'll get right onto that, the second you start to study history outside the states. It's laughable that someone like yourself, who is as ethnocentric (USA USA) as it gets, ridicules others for having an ad and not factoring in African Americans. What percentage of Boston's news discuss stories based on another country? While holidaying in Aus, I realized a good 15% of their nightly news covers international events. Whereas, over the last four years I have been here, I could count the number of international news stories I have seen in three news programs per night on one hand.

That never occurred to me (that it could be racist).

The guy is the lone Australian fan at an Australian vs West Indies cricket match. Good ad, I would like some KFC now.

Blatantly racist.

Why would it be racist? It has nothing to do with the US or African Americans. Australian's play a sport enjoyed by numerous countries know as cricket. Australian's also like chicken. Putting two and two together is not rocket-science.

Then again, if someone has lived here long enough they probably would actually think African Americans represent all Africans. Yes even those who participate in cricket matches, like those from: Zimbabwe, South Africa and Kenya.
