I think there are different reasons to a 221G... what exactly does it say on the form?

If you are the one who was interviewed you will want your US fiancee to get on here asap and get connected with those that can help. there are things that need to be done by the USC to help keep the petition at the consulate or deal with it if it has already left.

The Department of State form 221g is used for various communications to a beneficiary at the end of their initial interview such as administrative processing, request for additional evidence, return to USCIS for further review, refusal due to a specific visa ineligibility, medical exam not returned to consulate, etc.

It all depends on the exact wording the consulate has provided. The only way anyone can point you in the direction of assistance is to know exactly what that 221g says.

I would like to help point you in the right direction for information which may be helpful to you, but you're really not providing any specific details.

If you can type the exact wording of that 221g here, I might be able to point you to some helpful information specific to the "article" they mention. If they mentioned this verbally in the interview, if you can remember the article number that would help as well.

I suggest you have your fiance read this: ~ Returns & Refusals...What They Don't Tell You ~

What about the city you're from - that was one of the reasons you felt you were denied because the city your from?? I find it hard to understand how the CO would deny you because of the area you're from.

well i was diened too bcs of 2 thngs the city i come from wich is khemisset & 2nd was that he hadnt understood how we fall in love too quickly & the catastroph is he told me that memorizing my fiancee informations means that i dont love her can u imagine that

if the tall young white man was ur interviewer than his job is to deny ppl & told them that u r lieing

I think Khemisset has a fairly high rate of "fishing" from the internet cafe's. Correct me if I'm wrong.

as i remember they said i broke an article on immigration law

Did you receive any papers on Interview Day?

Please scan them in, send to your USC person.

If is outright denial, ie - 'not a bonafide relationship' - then I suggest to your USC person - to go back to Morocco, marry, and then file I-130.

If was not outright denial, then please understand - 221g covers many things - and the thing(s) that are pertinent to YOUR case are written on the papers that you received on interview day.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

that petition is denied.

there are two paths for your usc person -

1. file another k-1 immediately or

2. go to morroco, marry with you, come back to usa, file i-130

as is, the denied petition will be sent back to uscis, and uscis will decide if there is really enough 'meat' to warrant the petition to be 're-affirmed' (is that the right word? ) and if it is re-affirmed - it will be sent back to Morocco for another interview. I sense , based on what you've written here, that you don't have enough 'meat' to warrant this petition to be 're-affirmed'. But hei - I could be dead wrong, also.
