K1 is out of the question, since you are married. Follow the CR1 guide and read a lot in the CR1 forum. There are no specific requirements to show a bona fide relationship, no goal line to cross. More time together, a marriage and child are all additional evidence you didn't have the first time. Be prepared this time by studying the guide and learning the process.

Getting married, in and of itself does not prove a bona fide relationship. You still have to do that. Fill out your country of spuse and check the regional subforums for tips on what you will need for evidence of a bona fide relationship.
