Filed AOS Jan.8 2010 after mailing my AOS package and thought I'd start a thread for all the January filers. Anyone else filed Jan 8 and planning this month?

I haven't filed as of yet, but our intentions are to file this month. Im waiting to get an exemplified copy of my marriage certificate. Im getting everything changed to my married name. As soon as all that is done we will be filing...

May 15, 2017: NOA1 
June 05, 2017: Biometric Done
June 19, 2017: Case is in Line for an Interview
June 25, 2018: USCIS Scheduled an Interview
Aug. 02, 2018: Interview Date- APPROVED!
Aug. 09, 2018: Oath Ceremony

Hi im a January filer to I mailed my AOS Dec. 31 but UPS didn't send it till Jan. 5 because of holiday. I just received NOA I-797 today. I wonder if when im gonna received my NOA I 485.

I'm hoping and pray that theres no more RFE since im a late filer.

(AOS Sent 12/31/09)

AOS NOA letter received 1/12/10

1/6/10 received date

1/8/10 notice date

Biometrics letter received 1/25/10

01/14/10 notice date

02/04/10 appointment date

(AED Sent 1/19/10)

The I-797 is the Notice of Action (NOA) / receipt notice for your I-485 :)

Your NOA2 will still be I-797 but it'll say "Approval Notice" rather than receipt notice ;)
