Hey!!

I feel like I'm forgetting something!!! I probably am not, but I figured I'd post here and see if you guys could take a look and see if anything stood out to you of something I should maybe add. Here's what we've included.

Form I-130 Petition for Alien Relative for Del by Marina

A copy of the biographic page of my United States Passport, showing proof of U.S. citizenship

A copy of my American birth certificate with stamp by Brazilian consulate in Atlanta proving authencity

A copy of my Amnesty Protocol and RNE Protocol and CPF application showing proof of residency in Brazil

Form G-325A on behalf of the petitioner

Passport style photograph of petitioner

Form G-325A on behalf of the beneficiary

Passport style photograph of beneficiary

Beneficiary’s birth certificate (original and copy)

Marriage certificate of beneficiary and petitioner (original and copy)

Beneficiary’s divorce certificate from previous marriage (original and copy)

Proof of relationship prior to and since marriage

Please see catalog of evidence for full list of evidence included.

AND, we're including a HUGE amount of evidence. I'm sure we're including too much evidence really...but better more than too much. From reading on here it seems that some consulates don't even require evidence at this point, but Brazil most certainly does..

For evidence:

3 affidavits of support from my parents, his dad, and his aunt

pictures from 2007 until now, including some of our wedding

visa stamps showing we were in the same countries at the same time

proof of shared residence dating back from June 2007 and from Brazil, Italy, and UK

proof of contact throughout the 2 four month periods we spent apart

copy of our wedding invitation

pay slips from working at the same establishment from 2006 until 2008

Hotel receipts

Mail from my parents to Del (over several years)

Boarding passes for the same flights (one with my name and one with his)

2 letters and several cards from me and him and him to me from over the years

I also wrote a letter detailing our relationship, like when we started dating and the times when we were apart and visited each other. With a brief explanation of why he was divorced 2 months before we were married and 2 years after we started dating, ect.

And that's it. Okay, even typing that up made me feel better and like we're more prepared. But what do you guys think?

Sounds brilliant to me! :) Can't see anything missing, really, though make sure you've filed your tax returns for the past 3 years as you will need them for the I-864. (I only learned about that the other day!)

Hi there, just biographical page of the passport doesn't proof citizenship. You would have to make copies of all the pages.

But, as you are sending a copy of your birth certificate, that should do it!

Overall, everything seems good to me!!

Good luck to you guys!!!!!

According to the Rio consulate website, a copy of the bio page of my passport is all that is needed.

**Petitioner's proof of U.S. citizenship (valid U.S. passport and a plain copy of the page containing the biographic information and signature); http://brasilia.usembassy.gov/index.php?ac...mp;itemmenu=183

You heard otherwise?

Huh!!! On the guides here in VJ it says it should be all the pages.

But, I guess you are fine then! Maybe because you are doing DCF is different!

Good luck to you guys, let us know how it went =)
