I am an US citizen and I filled the petition I-130, for my son.

My son is married and he is over 21 year old.

Question 1 : Do I have to apply the petition I-130 only for my son ?

Question 2 : Or I have to apply an individualy petition (I-130) for my son and for his wife and for his girl ?

Question 3 : Or after I-130 is approved for my son, his wife and girl are part of I-485 petition ?

Thank you very much

you will file only one i130 and the is a section to add spouse and children. they will go through consular process since children over 21 aren't elelgible to adjust in country, so no need of the i485.

from what country is he? it will take a very long time depending from which country they come from.

They are from Romania (Europe)

You file one I-130. You file for your son as the beneficiary. His wife and child will be listed on the petition as derivative beneficiaries. You need to include your proof of citizenship (copy of passport or citizenship certificate) and your son's birth certificate (with your name on it as his parent) with a certified English translation. It will take about 10 years before visas will be available to them.
