My fiancee went to get her police certificate last week and was told that it would be sent directly to Frankfurt not to her. Is this the normal procedure?

I am also wondering how many photos she needs. One place it says she needs 3 for the medical and another says she just needs 3 for the application. Does this mean she needs 6 or am I reading this wrong?

Claudeth's aunt went to the local police station and they issued the report for her and she then sent it to Claudeth in the Philippines. This was in 2005 so maybe they changed their procedures.

Usually not. All she needs is the normal pol cert and that one is usually sent to her home address. There are other pol certs which are sent to the employer or demanding agency directly.

Passport photos: I needed one for the medical, but a quick call to the panel physician should resolve that problem.

Edit: wouldn't they need her case number to send the pol cert to Frankfurt? I doubt that Frankfurt can put it in her file without the case number or it would take some time to do it.
