I have the day off, kinda. I measure a family room for carpet then in the same town, a kitchen had water damage to the wood so I will inspect that. Then.....I can start my 'day off' :)

Morning MENA! Off work this weekend and will be with the family at my niece/godaughters 1st birthday party. Happy Birthday Teagan Jean!!!

Zaid woke me up extra early so Ive been getting come cleaning and organizing done. Got all Zaids 24 month clothes packed and were moving on to 2t! blaaa My little boy is getting so big.

Were getting ready to mail of hubbys citizenship app. We couldve filed over a year ago but keep putting it off due to not wanting to fork up 700$ but I guess its time...

Good morning! Happy Saturday to everyone!

Beautiful here today. Temp will be 71. Seems like the birds

think it's spring. The hummingbirds still chatter endlessly, the

other little birds are making their nests flying with their "new"

furniture in tow!! Gotta love these funny little creatures!

Ohh Jackie, I know you are so excited!! Gives me little goosebumps

to think he's FINALLY getting his ticket!

Andrea, I lived in Tampa one year when they had snow. I sent pics home

and my family asked me WHY I was taking sooo many pics of the sand!

GOOD EVENING MENA!

R&F- I love music festivals! Any kind of music! What were you listening to today?

Jackie- I am a bit behind... when when when is he coming home?

BerberMama and AndSam- I was just in Florida a few weeks ago. Chilly down there, but it felt so good!

ZaidsMommy- My cat, Purdy, likes to wake me up "extra early" on Saturday, so now she sleeps in the laundry room! Lol. Guess you can't go that with kids though. ;)

JeanneVictoria- I LOVE SEALS. what a cutie picture that was! Aren't they adorable?

Teresa- You have us beat. 4 degrees is pretty cold! We are around 20 degrees. I actually wore my "vest" coat today. (you know the ones without sleeves) I was only running in and out of stores so it was great.

Zee-Bee, Charles and Jess- Howdy! Hope you are enjoying your day!

Well, 17 months ago today (August 9, 2008) was the last time I saw my sweetie in 3-D. We are living in 2-D world for now...praying not for long.

My son is besides himself as his "band" recorded an EP. Not sure what "EP" stands for, all I know is that it has less songs than an "LP"- and I am not sure what that stands for either. LOL.

Brrr!! You only wore a vest?! Mercy! :D It's freezing here.

I am student teaching this semester and we had a work day on Monday and the kiddos were supposed to come back on Tuesday, but it has been too cold. The kiddos now have had 3 full weeks off for the winter holiday. Oh my! It's going to be fun trying to get them back into the school day routine!! Our high on Friday was in the negatives. :crying:
