hello vj members,

i want to ask ?

when i got my visa , they gave me a letter and i wasnt suppose to oprn it, so in the borders i gave them this letter , so my question is, does this letter comtains the medical exam that i did in my country? if yes, do they will send it back to uscis as i will apply for my aos?

Yes, the envelope you gave to the Customs people upon arriving did in fact have your medical in it. I take it you don't have a copy of your vaccination sheet that was included in the envelope? You can either apply for AOS without it, and maybe not getting an RFE, or getting a Vaccination Suppplmental done by a local Civil Surgeon on the list when applying for AOS.

Yes, they SHOULD have your medical when you apply for AOS and your papers meet up, however sometimes the governement loses paperwork. I hope this doesn't happen to you.
