Thanks, everybody for the reply.

Darnell, what is the pdf file you post it here, do i have to send it along with all the other doc? i have never heard of it. also i opened it, where should i fill out? do i just print it out, and answer each question( write the answers beside the questions)?

it went pretty fast, i payed visa fee like almost 2 month ago. i just have too much going on lately, didn't get to do this, and also i am still waiting for some of the doc from my parents back in China. you should know how it is. Beside, my parents can't come until May because they have something have to take care of before they come here. we are just taking our time.

Thanks

print out this document , from computer to paper.

Then fill it out. It doesn't matter WHERE you put the answers, as long as it's ON the paper, somewhere.

It's an UGLY form.

if you are doing NVC electronic processing, SCAN IN the filled out forms, include in the DS-230 submittal .

This ugly form goes with the DS-230 set.

Good Luck ! (and my apologies for the late-ish reply - I had checked here for 3 days, no response, and gave up ).

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

This is correct - no need to MAIL, only EMAIL things during NVC Electronic Processing.

I think it's cool - parents have the original documents in China, they scan and email them to YOU, you prep all for each 'set' - then email it off to NVC. IS REALLY REALLY REALLY COOL ;)

Hi Karen.

Ya, it may be the first time you've read about it - but the info has been there on the DOS website for ages.

This is the info that *I* wrote - http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/...onic_Processing

but hei - why not read about it all on a government site, instead?

http://travel.state.gov/visa/visa_4409.html

Good Luck ! (or something) FWIW, if the interview is NOT in Guangzhou or Montreal, there is no way you can do it.

I think you will just get an RFE with the missing police certificate. They have to make sure that you have all the required documents before they can complete and approve your case.

I have same sort of problem I am living in Pakistan my father filed a petition for me and now my case is in NVC, when NVC asked for form DS-3032 for setting choice of agent in USA so at that time do I have to send my original documents to NVC as they already have my notarized documents which I send earlier to USCIS office and those transfered to NVC office after approving the petition.

Or I have to simply show my original documents at the time of interview which will be held in Islamabad Consulate Pakistan. Please help me in this by giving me the exact answer of my question.
