hello kababayans...

has anbody tried applying for a reentry permit? how long does it usually take? my mom holds a permanent resident card and she wants to go back to the philippines to settle some stuff (retirement, house and lot etc)... it might take eight months or more.... does it usually asks for biometrics? mom already had it done when she applied for the green card...

anybody with any info regarding this matter, pls share...thanks...

04.22.2011 -------Biometrics Appointment

08.29.2011--------APPROVED! GC RECEIVED!

thanks for your reply.... i've already checked it out...i just wanted to know how long it takes to get a reentry permit from the time USCIS receives the application...my mom is thinking of going back to cebu on april...is it enough time to get a reentry permit?
