My fiance and I are planning on getting married and then doing the K3 process due to our certain circumstances. However, recently, he's been expressing fears about being able to work in the US after the whole visa process is done. I was just curious about the work authorization - have people had issues, once their K3 has been approved, with getting a work authorization? He's a Canadian citizen and a paramedic if that information is at all helpful. Any insight into that portion of this entire process would be appreciated - I'm just trying to put him at ease that he's not going to get here and then not be able to work. Thank you!
