I just thought I would whine and rant a little:

where the hell is the NOA2?????

I'm a very patient impatient guy :P

I guess I am not one of the lucky ones to get it in two months =( because if it had to happen...it would have had happen this week...I just wish this was one of the things I would get lucky with...

never won any lottery's or anything...

just wish it came on time =(

Congrats to everybody who got approved. I know a lot of people are waiting on it. We are cool because my husband will be mooving to Germany next Friday and so, we are not in a hurry. You can get your NOA 2s before us ;-)

Ok, call out to the universe that it's ok to get our NOA2 before Antje/Terry !!!

The hurry up and wait game. Some days are whatever, other days are arrghgghghg !!! Not sure which it is yet today ...

our I-130 got approved today!!

got the NOA1 on january 11th.

so its almost exactly 2 months!

CAN2US, some assumptions are made on my part:

The case# is of form WAC-xx-yyy-zzzzz

xx = year = 10

yyy = working day from oct 1st 2009 = 113

zzzzz = case# starting from 10000

Then I've written some PERL scripts to grab each case info from USCIS site and parse the info.

My daughter just got her approval!!! I have a question, I filed for my husband and her concurrently. My husband's case wasn't even touched. I thought that I-130 for the spouse was generally quicker than children. I hope this doesn't mean RFE. But I'm so happy that my daughter ot approved!

09/02/2006: Dee married Eee

10/14/2006: Dee and Eee were blessed with daughter

01/15/2010: NOA1

03/12/2010: Daughter's NOA2 (e-mail/text message) ::: 56 days from NOA1

I can't believe we had to wait 118 days for our NOA2 whereas they are now being approved in less than 2 months. Don't get me wrong, I'm happy for you guys, I just think that there should be some consistency regarding USCIS approvals.
