January 2010 CR 1 filers

Hey, thanks a lot for posting!

I didn't know there was such a thing called as the igors list...I did check it out...but didn't see myself there...I have updated my timeline...not sure how you get on the list... :S

I used to be on the list when I checked 'similar timelines' but can't find us on that anymore; but if you go to Igor's list and through the filter menu options check off CR1 and I 130s and go through the menu for approved petitions or all petitions etc, then check submit, you'll see all that have petitioned and when etc. You'll see who's been approved or not etc etc and you should find yourself on there. Get familiar with it and scroll down. It'll have petitioners as per the timelines ie when sent, first NOA1 etc. I can see your petition and you are , at present at least, #629 - that of course will change as more people are approved etc so it's a dynamic rather than static number.

I haven't seen anyone yet that has posted approvals of petitions today. Hopefully CSC did approve a few and people will post accordingly.

yikes! sorry! i think i gave the wrong info.. zenaxe is correct. i was refering to the statistical trends under immigration timelines, connected to, but not exactly "igor's list" my bad.

Glad you found it. I was hoping to hear of my approved petitions yesterday but there wasn't much action. Hopefully today it starts to open up and people will get theirs done and posted!! Patience, patience.

Congrats to you guys !! Our NOA1 was Jan 7th so you beat us to NOA2. I notice another couple that were Jan filers were approved . Franco and Angelo.

Deepdawg's link takes you to the default wihich is filing for K1 visa etc. Just go to the filter and change it to your specific case ie I 130, California Service Centre etc.

The phantom list lol can be found at near the top of the VJ page, where you see immigration timelines; the very top menu shows Home Forum Portals etc but lower than that you'll see Gallry Downloads , Timelines etc. Get familiar with this and you'll find it a useful tool.

A few Jan filers were approved today so that's great news !! Come on California !!

Congrats to everybody who got approved. I know a lot of people are waiting on it. We are cool because my husband will be mooving to Germany next Friday and so, we are not in a hurry. You can get your NOA 2s before us ;-)
