Since of her denials the option to travel here and get married is not an option b/c even ignoring the fact that it is illegal, she must have a visa to enter the country.jAlso she has no 2-yr requirement. Lets just say our case doesn't get approved b/c we screwed up and she took classes. Since there is no statute of limitation why then go and appeal it. On that note since we have now on our record 2 F-1 denials and a K-1 denial why is going to germany and doing the k-3 going to be approved. I don't mean to sound rude and trust me I am not just worrying and acting hoplessly. In fact I am just being realistic and not saying oh will this will work out all i will have to do is go there. But since we have made that mistake it seems that thet Immigration Services is now entitled to deny us forever. Which I have to say does not seem like it represents the land of the free with abundant opportunities. It seems more like the a tyrant punishing us, not communicating with us on what we need to do and denying our case for reasons that have nothing to do with the love we have for one-another. Lets hope our case gets approved b/c I think it becomes an even steeper slope than it already has been for us to just be with eachother. We just want to be with oneanother and love each other very much.

I appreciate all your advice so far! thank you.

Not communicating with you? I believe it literally says on the visa which is in the passport that there is this requirement. If that's not communication in a way that you won't forget or lose it, I don't know what is.

I am sorry and no disrespect but can you please rephrase e/t you just said again. None of it makes since to me. She doesn't have a visa in her passport so.....Also if you are talking about the 2 yr-req. I said earlier that we don't have that req. We are not wondering about the 2 yr. req. Thanks for the help though.

Good news. We sent in the rental agreement for my apartment and feel upbeat b/c if they were going to deny the case they probably wouldn't have bothered asking for it. Also they said upon reciept of all documents which they have and are getting passed on for further review. They also said that they will send the visa within 5-10 working days. Although it can still get denied we are very optimistic. Thanks for all the help.

hi so I just wanted to let you know how shitty we've been treated by the embassy so far. we still haven't gotten an answer about whether our visa got approved and the counselor wasn't being helpful at all....told my fiancee that they would contact her sometime and the lady was being so freaking intimidating that she didn't even dare to ask her when that would be. and didn't explain what doing further investigations exactly involved. so we're still waiting and feel left out of this process.
