I think I already know the answer but I'm hopeing and crossing my fingers,.... can we deduct all or part of the cost of our Visa fees, traveling, moving, ect on our income taxes?

You can use money out of your HSA to pay for medical exam and medical expenses for your wife if you are married. If you are married you can file jointly which will also help on your taxes but the actual visa fees and travel? I would not try that.

you can only deduct expenses related to a move if you are moving more than a certain distance to obtain a new employment, as the move is reasonably required for your employment. if you are moving to USA on an H1B to take a job that has already been arranged, and this is the only reason for your move, maybe. if you are moving to USA for any other reason, no.
